I lived in a dry, mould-free flat that was clean and comfortable, especially after the recent renovations. The bathroom was really nice, and the big backyard was a great bonus. However, the kitchen was very small and could barely fit more than one person at a time. While the landlord was good at responding to emails, they often didn't inform us about when work was being done in the flat.

The house has a constant mice infestation that the landlord won't address, and it's very cold in winter. Some floorboards are falling apart, and the gardens are only maintained once a year. While the sun in summer and the location are nice, the slow repairs and the landlord's lack of interest in maintaining the property make living here challenging. Overall, the worst aspects are definitely the cold and the mice.
Overall, it's a pretty good flat with large rooms that can be tough to heat on a budget, but we rarely see our breath, so I'd say it's a primo flat. There are a couple of holes in the floor, and the skylight lets some heat escape, plus it can be a little damp at times. On the bright side, our new property manager is very attentive and quick to address any issues, which is definitely the best part about living here.
The house has a good sunny living room and a great location, but I faced a mouse infestation crisis, and the front rooms are absolutely freezing. The landlord is useless, not responding to issues, and despite promises, the garden remains unkept, and broken chattels are not fixed. Overall, the best thing is the living room's sun, while the worst is the cold and the bad landlord.
The house has a unique layout with every room being different, including one small room and an outhouse. The best part is definitely the backyard, but the worst aspect is that it can get quite cold.
