The house has a two-inch gap between the floor and the front door, which creates a ridiculous draft from the numerous cracks. The landlord claims no responsibility or desire to fix pre-existing faults like leaking roofs and broken doors. On the plus side, the location is good—close to Castle, but not so close that you have to deal with all the Castle issues. However, the small kitchen and the fact that three out of four rooms are south-facing are definitely drawbacks, along with a difficult neighbour situation.
