The house has a nice lawn out front and gets lots of sun, but the walls are very thin, making it cold year-round except on really sunny days. The landlord is a bit average—he seems highly strung and pedantic, and it takes a long time to get things done. Overall, the best thing about the place is definitely the lawn, while the worst is the thin walls.

I really enjoyed living in this flat, which is super close to Uni and has an awesome backyard that's great for connecting with the neighbours on a reasonably quiet street. The landlord was really good, as long as you don't mind a wee bit of nagging; he even showed up to help us on New Year's Eve, which was nice. The best part was having a group of 10 in the two flats next to each other, and we had so much fun being next door! The only downside is that it's a bit of a newer flat, so it doesn't have as much character as some of the older Dunedin flats.
