The house had good-sized bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and a great outdoor space with a deck. However, I faced serious issues, including a broken front door that was difficult to open and close, significant mould problems in the bedrooms and kitchen, and a heat pump that did nothing to warm the rooms, leaving them freezing. Access was tough in winter due to a steep ramp, and despite being advertised as double glazed and insulated, it certainly didn't feel like it. The landlord was unresponsive, taking days to address a flood from a blocked drain, and he didn't keep the grounds tidy as promised. The best part was the outdoor area, but the cold was definitely the worst aspect.

The flat had good-sized bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and a great outdoor space with a deck, but I faced serious issues. The heat pump barely heated the rooms, leaving them freezing, and there were significant mould problems, especially around the windows. The landlord was unresponsive and took ages to address issues, like a flood from a blocked drain, and the front door was a nightmare to open. Overall, while the outdoor area was a highlight, the cold and lack of maintenance made living here quite challenging.
The house is spacious and has a nice fruit tree, which I appreciate. The kitchen is definitely the best part of the flat, but it can get really cold at times. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
I recommend getting the sleepout, as it offers more space. The landlord is quick to respond to any issues, which is a plus. While the large rooms are a highlight, I found some of the other rooms to be cold and small.
The house was decent, but the landlord was unresponsive at times, which made communication difficult. The best thing about living here was the location, as it was close to campus and shops. However, the worst thing was the lack of heating in the winter, making it quite uncomfortable.
