3B Memorial Avenue

The house was listed as 4 bedrooms, but the layout is a bit misleading; the master bedroom is large, the second bedroom is almost a comfortable double with a desk, while the other two rooms are a sunroom and a converted dining room, with the sunroom being a tight fit for a double bed. Parking is claimed for 4 cars, but we could only fit 3 without blocking the neighbor, and one car ended up blocking another. The landlord seemed nice but was clearly trying to extract as much money from us as possible; we overpaid rent and never got it back, while he demanded damages from our bond instead of deducting it from the rent. The best part was the spacious master bedroom, but the worst was the lack of fiber internet due to neighbor consent issues.
