Central position in the city was nice, the flat was perfectly liveable, though it is very clearly a converted office space. The agency we dealt with, they were pretty useless, not very attentive to the needs of the property, though on the other hand they did leave us alone. Property being on Manners/Courtney is a pain point, the anti social behaviour is very prevelent right outside.
