I had a great experience living in this flat, which was nice, warm, and dry, though it could have used a bit more sunlight due to the neighboring wall. The landlord was truly lovely and down-to-earth, but I did find it a bit cold with only one heating source. The outside could use a spring clean, but that’s a quick fix. Overall, it’s a great location, and I would stay again!

I think it's a good flat—warm, with a nice kitchen, and close to the Uni, plus there's a built-in desk and coat rack in every room. The landlord is super nice and quite relaxed about everything. The best things are the warmth, nice kitchen, and good-sized bedrooms, but the worst part is that you can hear everything happening in the house, and the carpet gets dirty easily.
The flat is pretty warm for a Dunners place, with a big kitchen and most rooms getting plenty of sun, which helps keep them warm. The landlord is chill, and the best things about the flat are its size and warmth. However, the small bathroom and weird setup are definitely drawbacks.
The house has sunny bedrooms and a lounge that get great afternoon sun, plus having two bathrooms and two separate toilets was a big plus. However, the kitchen is kind of small for six people, but it's livable. The landlord needs to be chased up a bit, but he does get things fixed in the end. One downside is that there’s no heat pump.
The house has large rooms that are warm and easy to heat, and I appreciate the responsive landlord who quickly addresses any issues. However, there’s no real lounge area, and the kitchen is quite compact. The fourth bedroom, a porta-cabin, gets very cold in winter, which is tough during Dunedin's chilly months. Overall, the morning and afternoon sun in the front and back rooms is a nice touch.
The house was cheap, but the wind blew through the walls, making it really cold. The landlord doesn't want to spend money to get the flat to a livable standard, which is frustrating.
The house is priced well, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, it can be freezing and damp, making it less comfortable than I would like. Overall, while the price is great, the living conditions could use improvement.
The house has a borer infestation, which is a real issue. While the landlord is quick to respond, they can be a bit frugal at times. On the plus side, the location is great, it's cheap, and the landlady is nice. However, the flat is old, and the handyman seems incompetent.
The house has a bad layout and a nasty stairwell, which detracts from the overall experience. The landlord is pretty much absentee, making it hard to get support when needed. The best thing about living here is the sun, but the worst part is the noise.
The house was cold, but it had great showers, which were definitely the best part. The landlord would get there eventually when needed, but the cold was a downside I couldn't ignore.
The house has a great location and ample storage, and I appreciate that it's a three-story building. The landlord is very considerate and helpful, which makes living here even better. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my experience.
I really enjoyed living in this flat, which had great storage, a big kitchen, and was partly furnished, with all rooms being even in size. The landlord was absolutely lovely and very onto it. The best thing about the place was definitely the size, but the worst aspect was the soundproofing. Overall, it was an all-round great flat.
The house has a bad layout and a nasty stairwell, which really detracts from the overall experience. The landlord is pretty much absentee, making it hard to get any issues resolved. On the bright side, the best thing about living here is the sun, but the worst part is definitely the noise.
