I found the flat in a dangerous neighborhood, and the property was poorly maintained. While the landlord was very accommodating and friendly during our stay, they didn't follow through on maintenance issues we discussed, which led to problems after we left. The best feature was the heat pump, but the neighbors were definitely the worst part of the experience. Be sure to document everything and get agreements in writing!
