The flat has some challenges, like loudish neighbors who tend to change, a narrow door and hallway that made it tough to fit all our furniture, and being on the third story without an elevator, which makes carrying things difficult. However, I do appreciate the big windowed living room and the bath, plus we can leave the windows open at night without worrying about mosquitoes since we're so high up. The space for the fridge is oddly shaped, and the main bedroom gets super hot in the evenings, but trash is managed collectively through shared bins. We've only communicated with the property manager, not the landlord directly.
