Living in this flat was a nightmare. It leaked for months, and the cheap owner refused to fix it or help us dry it, resulting in mold everywhere. We even had to go to tribunal and kill seven possums that lived in the roof for weeks. I can't believe I paid $170 a week for such a cold, damp place; the best part was finally leaving.

Living in this flat has been a nightmare. We dealt with severe leaks, a possum infestation, and dampness that led to respiratory issues among flatmates, including pneumonia. Despite the land agent's efforts, the landlord refused to address these problems, and we had to go to tribunal to get anything fixed, which only started happening months later. The only good thing about this place is the indoor water feature, but the 12-month lease feels like a punishment for the $165 per week we paid.
