I really enjoyed living in this flat, especially because the log burner is a great feature and the fireplace was the best thing about it. The landlord was respectful, which made the experience better. However, the place isn't very soundproof, which was a downside.

I had a great experience living in this flat! It was really warm with lots of sun, and the fire was definitely the best thing about it. The backyard, roof, and veranda were mean, and the location was perfect—close to uni, squiddies, and vege boys. The landlord was a great property manager, very professional and quick to solve issues, but the cupboards in the kitchen were the worst part.

This was the best flat I ever had. The landlord was really good, and I loved the location and the fireplace. The only downside was having just one toilet and shower.
