I really like this flat, especially the size of the rooms and the large, comfortable living room. The new heat pump is a great addition, and the sunny backyard is a nice bonus. However, the kitchen and bathroom are quite small and old, with the bathroom being the worst part. On the bright side, the landlord is extremely nice and quick to address any issues that come up.

The flat has a great location and spacious rooms, but the lounge and kitchen feel cold and uninviting. The landlord is very slow to address issues and is unhelpful once they acknowledge a problem, often not responding to texts or emails. The lack of a main heating source makes it costly for tenants, and the mouldy bathrooms are a significant downside. Overall, the best thing about this place is definitely the location.
