Flat in pretty rundown condition overall but was surprisingly warm, at least in living room, as that end of house got heaps of sun and had a very powerful heat pump. Bedrooms were less warm, particularly front left one, bathroom had mould and moisture issues, landlord would only paint over the mould in bathroom unfortunately when we raised this. The skylight in one of the bedrooms would leak from time to time and as I recall never got fixed despite this being raised. Not the worst landlord in the world but he took exception to us trying to (politely) negotiate with him when he proposed a rent increase and told us to move out at the end of the tenancy in a month or two's time - even after we backed down and said we'd accept the proposed rent increase. Took some quite desperate appeals to him to get him to change his mind! I thought that was a really lousy way to treat a group of people who had been there a long time and always paid rent on time and respected the property.
