The house has great views, but it’s very cold throughout the year, and two bedrooms receive limited sunlight. I also found it frustrating that one bedroom's windows don't open and that I need extension cords due to a lack of power switches. Additionally, I can hear every movement from the upstairs flat, and running the shower and washing machine at the same time results in scalding hot water. The landlord, managed by property scouts, takes a while to sort things out.
