The house has a projector screen and new bathrooms, which are great bonuses, and there's plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen, though it's a bit narrow for eight people. The front rooms enjoy glorious sunshine, while the back rooms lack sunlight but retain heat well. Unfortunately, there's no shelter over the path to the backdoor, making it a hassle when it rains, and the landlord made many promises that were not fulfilled, including ongoing renovations and a shelter for the outdoor rooms. Despite winning a tribunal case for compensation, the landlord was slow to submit the bond to Tenancy Services.

The house has quite large rooms, a dryer, and a large backyard, which I appreciate, along with plenty of storage in the basement. However, the low hot water pressure and the difficulty in heating the place are drawbacks, especially considering the high heating and power costs. The property managers have been poor, often misplacing transactions, and while they've made some repairs this year, it took them a long time to address issues. The best feature is definitely the kitchen.
The house has spacious bedrooms and a very sunny backyard, along with a shed and carport. The property has recently been sold and is now managed by a property manager, who seems pretty responsive and cool, although I haven't had many dealings with him yet. The best thing about the place is definitely the big bedrooms, but it can get quite cold during winter.
The house has several issues, including a tilted structure, mould in the kitchen, a leaky rotten roof, and vermin in the attic. The interior paint is peeling, the carpet isn't properly laid, and the backyard is overgrown. While it's cheap and pet-friendly with a sunny front deck, the landlord is overseas and not very helpful. On the bright side, it's only 20 minutes to uni and near New World.
The house has serious issues, including black mould on the ceiling, roof leaks whenever it rains, and a front door that isn’t secure. There are also rats in the ceiling, and the flat is rotting from the bottom up. While the price is the best aspect, the experience with the property managers has been the worst; they don't respect tenants, frequently inspect without notice, and fail to fix maintenance problems properly.
The house has a separate toilet from the kitchen, an outside laundry, and an outside dining room, but the small third bedroom and lack of sunlight are drawbacks. The fridge is good, and the living area is reasonable. The landlord can be slow to respond, but is helpful if you keep asking. The best part is that it's reasonably close to relevant places, though the building itself is old and shabby.
