The front two rooms in the house get lots of sun, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord really cares for the property, making it a pleasant place to live. However, the kitchen is quite small, which can be a bit of a downside.

The house is very sunny in the front for two days, but the back rooms and lounge can get quite cold. Our landlord was very good, addressing any issues we had the day they arose. The best part is the good-sized bedrooms, which make it easy to hear the lounge, but the worst thing is the size and state of the kitchen.
The house has a lot of history, a great price, and a fantastic location, which I really appreciate. However, it's quite cold and run down, and I find it hard to deal with the property managers.
