The house is cold and drafty, with a horrible bathroom that has a moldy tub and a pokey kitchen. On the plus side, there are two large rooms and nice street appeal, plus a bus right outside the front door. The landlord is nice and well-meaning, but I wish they would hurry up with the promised upgrades. The best part of my experience has been my flatmates, while the worst has definitely been the cold.

The house was colder inside than outside, making my feet numb in summer, and while the huge bedrooms were great, they were hard to heat and lacked sunlight. The shower was horrible, and the tiny kitchen got so hot while making toast that I nearly got heat stroke; plus, the hot tap took ages to heat up. The landlord was nice but didn't seem to care much about the house's condition. On the bright side, I appreciated the spacious bedrooms and had nice neighbors.
