Rent here in June 2026 is $300 per week for 1 person. Parking in this area is very difficult. Rooms get EXTREMELY HOT in summer if it's above 26 degrees. Can be noisy depending on what tenants live here at any given time. Some curtains are see-through but some tenants have replaced the old curtains with newer ones that can't be seen through from outside. Light bulbs might need replacing in some rooms to get better lumens and use fewer watts. The rooms here have slightly more storage space than other rooms in Upper Riccarton.
