The house is expensive and really just bog standard; the nice kitchen is the best feature, but the living space is quite small for a six-bedroom flat, and the garden is pretty terrible. The landlord was friendly during our initial contact, but I haven't had much reason to reach out since. Overall, the price is the worst aspect.
