The flat is central but small and overpriced, with loud upstairs neighbours and a courtyard that collects rubbish and leaves daily. When we moved out, we found mice and signs of rats, despite our efforts to trap them. The landlords were completely irresponsible, charging the next tenants $300 for cleaning and never inspecting the flat during our stay, assuming all damages were our fault. The best thing about the flat was the location, but the cold and high price were definitely the worst aspects.
