The house has a great location, but the rooms are incredibly humid with very little sunlight, making it uncomfortable. The high cost isn't justified by the fit and finish, and there's a lot of condensation, with water even dripping from the ceiling despite running the fan 24/7 in the bathrooms. On the plus side, the landlord is good, but the lack of heat and sun is definitely the worst aspect.

The house is small with low roofs, which helps it stay warm for longer, and the living room has good carpet. The upstairs bedrooms get sunlight at some point during the day, but the downstairs bedroom is damp. The kitchen is very small with limited table space and no dishwasher. The landlord is easygoing as long as you keep the courtyard relatively clean. Overall, the best things are the warmth and good-sized bedrooms, while the worst is definitely the small kitchen.
The flat is in a good location, close to the university and in a second-year zone, but it's super loud due to the neighboring flats often having boys. The property management can be hard to reach, but they do sort things out when we connect. The best part is that it's likely the nicest flat on the street, fully furnished with everything you need, and three of the six bedrooms get plenty of sun. However, it does get mouldy quickly, and the downstairs bedrooms are much colder.
The lounge is one of the warmest I've experienced, getting plenty of sun both day and night, while the upstairs rooms stay warm year-round. The location is ideal for second years, making it one of the better flats in the area. The kitchen isn't the largest, but it works, and overall, the landlord doesn't do a bad job. The only downside is that the downstairs rooms can be quite cold in winter.
The house has great water pressure, a spacious lounge, and a nice outdoor area, but it’s freezing and mouldy. The landlord is lovely, but they don't like to fix things properly. Overall, while there are some positives, the cold and mould are significant downsides.
The house is new and very clean, which I really appreciate. However, the area is small and quite noisy, which can be a downside. Overall, the best thing about the flat is its cleanliness and newness.
The house is warm, tidy, and comes with furniture provided, which I really appreciate. The landlord is always available to help with any issues and is very helpful. The best thing about the place is definitely the warmth, but the small kitchen is a downside.
I really enjoyed living in this flat with its massive rooms and warm, brand new features. The landlords were incredibly helpful and always fixed any problems that arose, making it a friendly environment for international students. However, the neighbors were a downside to my experience.
The house has a small kitchen, which is definitely the worst part of the place. However, the living room is the best feature, making it a great space to relax. The landlord is really nice, which adds to the overall positive experience.
The house is really warm, and the bedroom sizes are good, but the living room is quite small, making it hard to have guests. The kitchen bench space is tiny, and the bathroom has issues, including a lean that causes water to pool in the corner and a leaking toilet that the landlord took a month to address, opting for a cheap fix despite warnings. Overall, the warmth is the best feature, but the bathroom is definitely the worst part.
The house is very small but nice and warm, which I appreciate. The warmth is definitely the best thing about it, while the tiny size is the worst aspect.
