Perhaps the worst property management in the last 6+ years of flatting in Dunedin. The current property manager is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, will force viewings of the flat even if you are considering staying and will hardly ever compromise, and signed the flat over to new tenants before giving us the choice to re-sign. Other tenants in the vicinity are incredibly rude also, including the old man living in unit 5 upstairs (although unit 1 we love you <3). The rent may have been worth it relative to other properties in dunedin when we initially signed, but rent has increased substantially since (large, annual rent hikes) and entirely overestimates the value of the property. Do not be fooled by any claim that this property is "2 bedroom" either -- it is one bedroom with perhaps an extra closet. You want privacy? Too bad. You want warmth? Doesn't exist. You want mold? Have as much as you can handle, and then some. Avoid this property at all costs.
