Landlord
The house has a rusting roof, and the lounge windows leak during heavy rain. I also have to share the power bill with the guy downstairs. On the plus side, the landlord is caring and respectful, and he’s pretty good at getting things fixed if it’s not too expensive for the owner. The huge garden is definitely the best feature, but privacy is a significant downside.
