The big upstairs bedroom is noisy since you can hear everything from the lounge, and while the location is really good and the pellet burner is a nice feature, the house itself is in a hectic condition and needs major repairs. The garden requires ongoing maintenance, the kitchen is small with crappy appliances, and the property manager is pretty slack, making it difficult to get things done. Overall, the shoddy management and lack of insulation in the old house are significant downsides.

The location of the house is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere central quickly, and the addition of the pellet burner helps heat the lounge. However, the house is still in terrible condition despite major repairs; the kitchen is cramped and falling apart with bad appliances, and the bedrooms are damp, cold, and hard to heat. I’ve had to put a lot of pressure on the property manager to get even minor repairs done, as they are reluctant to fix anything and have generally poor communication.
The house is a bit cold, and there's no heat pump unless you pay a lot more for it. The top shower doesn’t work if someone is using the downstairs shower, and the lounge has an awkward shape. I haven't seen the landlord much, but I feel the rent is overpriced. The best thing about the place is the location, but the cold and the price are definitely the worst aspects.
The house is a 5-bedroom flat with all bedrooms upstairs and two toilets, conveniently located close to the med library. It recently changed ownership to Student Accommodation Ltd. The best part is the proximity to the university, but the worst is the lack of sun.
The house leaks and has no insulation, with drafts everywhere and a mouldy bathroom and windows. The landlord pretends to be on top of things, but she's very slack. The best thing about the place is the heat pump, but honestly, everything else is the worst.
The house is good, but I didn't have any notable experiences with the landlord or any standout features to mention. There wasn't anything particularly negative either. Overall, it was a decent rental experience.
