I found the house to be a very interesting space, especially in summer when it’s amazing, but it gets extremely cold in winter due to its historic nature. One room has limited natural light, making it harder to keep dry and warm, and the noise from the three other flats can be a concern, so knowing your neighbors is important. The landlord seems nice and does work to improve the flats, but I haven't had much interaction with him. The best part is definitely the funky location, while the worst is the cold and lack of direct sunlight.
