I found the flat to be very warm and comfortable, creating a good atmosphere in the complex. The property managers are responsive and help with any issues promptly. However, the neighbours on Castle Street can occasionally be very loud, which can be a downside. Overall, the warmth of the flat is definitely its best feature, while the outside noise is the worst.

Living here has its pros and cons. The best part is its proximity to campus, but if you're from the North Island, you might struggle with the lack of insulation—it's cold af. Additionally, the landlord can take quite a while to sort out problems.
Living at 480 Leith Street has a fun, loud, and social atmosphere, which I really enjoy. The landlord is nice enough, but his number 2 is even nicer. The best part of the place is definitely the atmosphere, though the worst is that the walls are paper thin.
The house has a high ceiling, which is probably why it's usually cold. The best thing about it is the close proximity to campus, but the worst part is definitely that it's cold! If you have problems, just tell the landlord straight away.
I had a good experience living in a nice, warm flat with fun girls, though there were some clashes among housemates. The landlord is a builder, which is handy, but he takes a while to respond, so it's better to call him. The best feature is the double glazing, but the small kitchen has a lack of bench space.
The house looked nice, but it was actually gross—cold and damp! The landlord is impossible to get a hold of, and honestly, the best part about living there was leaving. Everything about the place was just the worst.

The house has its downsides, like the washing machine making everything smell if you wash clothes in it, and the landlord is hard to get in contact with. The best feature is definitely the bathroom, but the worst part is how freezing it gets.
