The flat has a large balcony and gets sun most of the day, which I love, along with reasonable-sized rooms and a bus stop right outside. However, the walls are quite thin, and it feels a bit run down with issues like mould, especially in winter, and some rotting floorboards. The landlord is very responsive and easy to deal with, having even paid for things like fire alarm batteries. Overall, the best part is the all-day sun and quiet neighborhood, while the worst is the mould and cold on days without sun.
