The flat has a big modern kitchen and a spacious living area, which I really like. However, it gets very cold in winter, and while there's a heat pump in the lounge, the room quickly becomes freezing once it's turned off due to the lack of insulation. Also, don't expect changes to happen quickly unless you contact the landlord directly.
