Although these townhouses are known for being leaky homes, this one didn't seem to have any issues with dampness or mould, other than winter condensation.
It can get a bit noisy in this complex as the neighbours are all close and the walls between townhouses are not very thick. In this case the 2nd floor bedrooms share a room with the neighbours living area.
Note, the study is not large enough to be a bedroom.
Parking is terrible, even more so now that many outside parks have been removed.
