I appreciated the quiet street, but the amount of garden work was overwhelming, and the house was cold in winter, with both the big and smallest bedrooms prone to mould. The shower was definitely the best feature, but the musty smell was a downside. While the property management responds well if approached assertively, they can be tricky, trying to get you to sign blank bond forms and charging for unnecessary cleaning at the end.
