The house has faulty wiring that trips the main fuse when using multiple appliances, and while the heat pump cools in summer, it's useless in winter. The wood burner only heats the living space effectively. Our experience with the landlord was frustrating; they sent an incorrect final rent demand and claimed damage to an already worn carpet, leading us to go to the Tribunal for our bond refund, which we received in full. The best thing about the flat was the view, but the inadequate heating and insulation, high price, and poor property management were significant downsides.
