VALUE CONDITION

The house is very cold and drafty with a tiny kitchen, and the lack of insulation and heating is definitely a downside. However, the landlord is very organized and easy to get hold of, which is a plus. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location.

I found the flat to be good overall, and the landlord is cool. One of the best things was being allowed to paint on the walls, which added a personal touch. However, the worst part was that the light switch was on the outside of the room.

The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, but I found the condition of the building to be quite poor. Be mindful that all the locks are weak, making it pretty easy to break in. Also, the landlord is very strong-willed, so be prepared to stand up for your rights.
