VALUE CONDITION

I had a great experience living in this flat; it’s very warm and has a fantastic layout. The landlord is very responsive and always quick to address any issues. The property manager is also wonderful, making everything run smoothly. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about.

LANDLORD

VALUE CONDITION WARMTH LANDLORD

The house is conveniently located close to uni and town, making it easy to get everywhere, and it has a warm heat pump. However, the landlord is not nice, charges too much rent, doesn't fix problems right away, shows up unannounced, makes unjustified demands, and sends very rude emails. On the bright side, my flatmates were all fantastic, but the worst part was when the heater broke at the end of winter, leaving my room cold.

VALUE CONDITION WARMTH LANDLORD

The house has 2 showers and 2 toilets, which is convenient, but the noise from upstairs can be annoying. The best thing about it is the location, though the sun in winter and the price are definitely downsides.
