I really enjoy living in this flat because it's near town, super warm, and has a clean, new kitchen. The cleaners take care of our rooms and change our bedsheets, and having my own bathroom is definitely the best part. The landlords are friendly, and honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say.

The house definitely needs work, and we had issues with the landlord trying to make us pay for normal wear and tear, but we took him to the tribunal and won. The best thing about the flat is its location and size, but the worst part was dealing with rats in the wall.
