I had a lot of issues with this rental. The house is in pretty poor condition, super cold and damp. I had a leak in my ceiling for the 2 years I stayed there which they promised to fix but only ever roughly patched it up. Mold ended up growing behind the wallpaper and ruined some of my belongings. They have two property managers but were pretty slack with their communication and the work they promised. When I signed the lease the property manager said they would come in once a week for cleaning but at best they only came a few times a year. This meant I was often cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. This house is basically a boarding house so they definitely needed a professional cleanser to come in on a regular basis. The landlords were stingy and provided broken appliances and were reluctant to replace things. They also locked away the green bin provided by the council and refused to give it back to the tenants. Overall a shit time, the only good thing was the shower pressure
