I found the flat to be nice and cozy—it's not flashy, but it's really good for the price. The landlords are very nice and willing to help if you ask them. The best thing about the place is definitely the location, although the water tap sometimes won't stop running, which can be a bit annoying.

The house is very cheap for being so close to Uni, with solid sun in the lounge all day and plenty of space for backyard cricket, although it does get a bit chilly in winter. The landlord is nice, but I don't see her much since the agent handles everything. The best thing about this place is definitely the location, while the worst part is the cold.
The house has significant issues, including roof leaks, thin walls, an angled kitchen floor, and freezing cold temperatures, with mould in the walls and a ceiling that's falling apart. I often have to hound the landlord to get things done. On the plus side, the room size is good, but the freezing cold is definitely the worst part.
The house has holes in the roof, is freezing during winter, and leaks like a sieve, which is definitely the worst part. While the water pressure is great, the landlord often says he will fix things but never shows up, making the situation frustrating. Overall, the leaks are a major issue that can't be ignored.
The best thing about the flat is its character, which gives it a unique charm. However, the worst aspect is the leaking roof and the fact that the place is generally falling apart.
The house has a lot of character, which I appreciate, but it also has significant issues like a leaking roof and is generally falling apart. Overall, while the charm is there, the maintenance problems are hard to overlook.
