The apartment is warm and very comfortable, and the location is great. However, my experience with the property management company, Barfoot and Thompson in Panmure, was frustrating. I had ongoing issues that took weeks to get responses for, and their communication was almost non-existent. It took nearly two months to receive a remote for the gate after we moved in, making dealing with them a nightmare.
