The house has been cheaply renovated in a modern style, looking clean and fresh, but it lacks essential utilities like power points and a modern oven. The landlord, a socially awkward couple, has been the worst part of my experience, displaying a lack of empathy and using passive-aggressive tactics. After a sudden $25 per week rent increase, they refused to engage in any meaningful communication, making me feel bullied into accepting the new terms. While the location is close to the park, the overall management of the property has been frustrating, with unresolved issues and improper handling of costs like the water bill.
