Landlord
The house has a lot of space, including a huge garage and lawns, but the shower pressure is pretty meh, and the carpet is ancient. While it's a bit run down and lacks a dishwasher, the nice wooden floors are easy to clean. The landlord is decent, keeping the place livable and visually nice, though we had to pay for fiber installation ourselves. The best part is how super cheap it is, but it was really cold in winter, even with the new insulation.
