Landlord
The house has a large front garden and a spacious balcony, but it's an old-style villa with dark rooms and a layout that isn't open-plan. The kitchen and bathrooms haven't been updated in over 20 years, and there are issues like roof leaks and backyard flooding that the landlord has been unwilling to address. We decided to move after the landlord requested a 20% rent increase without any improvements, and it’s disappointing to see the property remains unrented after 12 weeks. On the plus side, the location is convenient, and the property manager was professional and responsive to our health and safety concerns.
