The house is reasonably new with three large bedrooms and lots of space, making it generally warm and dry, though it doesn't receive much sun and has an awkward layout with the bathroom off the kitchen. The landlord is always quick to reply and resolves any issues reasonably fast while keeping the lawn mowed. Overall, the best aspects are the newness and spaciousness, but the lack of sunlight is a downside.

The house has big rooms and a great backyard, plus the location is fantastic, and the walls are indestructible. The landlord doesn't worry you too much, which is nice. The best part is that it's party proof, but the worst thing is that it can be quite cold.
The house was cold and dark, with bad showers, which made for an uncomfortable living situation. While the big rooms were a plus, the landlord's neglect was frustrating; he even looked at the moldy curtains in one room before we arrived and decided they weren't moldy enough to replace. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
