The house has good heating and shower pressure, which I really appreciate, especially since the heat is the best thing about it. The landlord is great, providing good management, but I do think the rent is too pricy.

I lived in a flat with 9 others, so there were always a lot of people around. The landlord was very helpful, which made things easier. The best part was being close to town, but the distance to the university was a downside.
I found the people in the flat to be nice, and the landlord was very helpful. The best thing about the place is its proximity to town, but the worst part is that it's far away from uni.
