Overall, the flat is pretty good with a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The best part is its closeness to the university, and the landlord is always available and eager to help with any issues. However, a huge problem is the noise; the flat is right on Cumberland, with constant traffic and construction noises from the new building across the road, plus the loud beeping from the traffic light in front.

The house has an amazing kitchen, which is definitely the best feature. However, one room is half the size of the others, and three of the bedrooms face south, so they get zero sunlight hours, making it pretty cold. On the plus side, the landlord is awesome to deal with. The laundry is in a separate shed, which is a bit inconvenient.
