The house is modern and well insulated with five big rooms, but it lacks heating, a dishwasher, and double glazing. The landlord is really good at responding and provides plenty of notice before visiting, quickly fixing any issues that arise. The best part is the warm and sunny lounge that gets all-day sun, and the balcony is great for drinks. However, the two back downstairs bedrooms don't get much sun.
