The landlord was generally unhelpful and unfriendly, often hard to contact due to multiple cell numbers and a non-functional email. The rooms were cold and damp, and the tiny kitchen and living room had very little storage space. The only thing keeping us warm in winter was the expensive heat pump, and despite the proximity to uni, I felt it was an absolute rip-off, especially since the landlord didn't remove any clutter left by previous tenants as promised.
