The location of the flat is great, but if you're sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend a front room due to irritating traffic. Like many flats in the area, it can be quite cold and doesn't get much sun, though the heat pump in the living room is effective. There have been some issues with dampness and mould, but I've managed them with a dehumidifier and proper ventilation. The property manager is easily contactable and responsive, and overall, the flat is in very nice condition after recent renovations, with a good kitchen and excellent shower pressure.

The house has a decent-sized kitchen and some nice big rooms, plus a good outdoor area with a shed for storage and a washing line, but the tiny lounge makes it feel cramped. The landlord promised to do a lot of things but often played the blame game and took forever to address issues. The best thing about the place is the location, but the worst is that it's really cold and damp.
The backyard gets really nice sun in summer, and the kitchen is a good size with plenty of storage. We have four massive bedrooms and two tiny ones, and it's super close to the university, right across from Alhambra Field. However, the lounge is small, and while the landlord did fix our oven quickly, getting other things done has taken 1-2 months, requiring a lot of follow-up. The best part is the afternoon sun, but the worst is the lack of a decent-sized and warm communal living space.
