Landlord
I lived in a nice tidy family house with a really great landlord who maintains the place well and quickly fixes things. The house has four nice-sized bedrooms, three toilets, and two bathrooms, plus it's fully furnished with whiteware that the landlord replaces. While it has a cozy fireplace, the limited insulation can make it freezing in winter, which is definitely the worst part of living here. Overall, the landlord is the best thing about this place.
