Landlord
The house is draughty in winter due to an unusable fireplace and a glass door in the living room, while it gets extremely hot in summer. The back bedroom doesn't get any sun, but the deck is nice and the location is great. The landlord promised to paint the kitchen and install a new PowerPoint before we moved in, but that never happened during our year there. Overall, the temperature was the worst part of living here.
