The house has great character, a good location, and a nice outdoor area, which I really appreciate. However, the landlord can be hard to track down at times. The best thing about this place is definitely the location, but the worst part is that it can get quite cold.

I love this awesome flat with a really good living/kitchen area and spacious bedrooms. It's in a super cool location surrounded by heaps of other flats. The only downsides are that it doesn't get much sun, especially in the two downstairs bedrooms, and the walls are quite thin. Our landlord is really lovely, often bringing coffee and chocolates, and she's chill about flat damage and inspections, responding quickly to fix any issues. I would definitely recommend this place!
The house has steep stairs, which can be a bit of a hassle. However, the landlord is very onto it and organized, while still being informative. The best things about the flat are the price, the sun, and the location. Overall, I appreciate the positives despite the steep stairs.
The front two bedrooms get plenty of sun, and the top floor bedrooms are huge! While there's some noise from Castle St, the bedrooms are nice and quiet, and I rarely hear the neighbors. The landlord is a super great guy who always gets things done and is easy to contact. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, but the bathroom and kitchen can be freezing cold in the winter.
I lived in a really big, 3-bedroom place that was super close to uni and felt very cosy when kept clean. I had no issues with dampness or mould, and the house maintained a comfortable temperature, so we rarely used the heat pump. The landlord was friendly and responsive, always willing to fix things beyond his obligations. The best part was how cosy, warm, and secure the flat felt, though the location on Castle Street was a downside.
The house isn't damp, but there are large gaps in the windows and doors, and there's no storage space in the kitchen at all. The landlord is quite young and seems more focused on saving money than properly fixing things, often opting for short-term fixes. The best thing about the place is the location, but the worst is that it's tiny.
I had an overall positive experience with this flat. The landlord was very efficient, professional, and quick to respond to all my questions. The house has nice, big rooms and is close to campus, but there was a leak in the kitchen that needed attention.
The house is colder inside than outside, with windows that don't close properly and vines growing through the kitchen roof, attracting aphids over the oven. The landlord is a good guy, though he can be pretty slack with most things; he does reach out when needed. The best thing about the flat is its location, but the worst aspects are the cold and the lack of soundproofing.
The house is cold and drafty, and the kitchen is really small, plus being on the corner can get pretty loud at times. The landlord is good, and the best thing about the place is definitely the location, but the cold is the worst part.
The house was fine, but the landlord was unresponsive and difficult to deal with. The best thing about living here was the location, which was convenient for getting to campus. However, the worst thing was the lack of maintenance, as some issues took too long to be addressed.
