The house gets good sun, which is definitely the best thing about it, but the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything, and it gets quite cold. On the plus side, the landlord is very responsive.

I found the flat to have a great location next to the marsh, but it was quite cold and had thin walls. The landlord was very nice and helpful, always ready to fix any issues that arose. Overall, while the cold was a downside, the landlord's support made a difference.
Overall, I think the house is pretty mean! The best part is definitely the location and how super sunny it gets in summer. However, the thin walls can be a bit of a downside.
I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its great location and warmth. The landlord was responsive and tended to fix any issues ASAP if something broke. However, the noise level was a downside. Overall, the location was definitely the best thing about the house.
This flat is probably one of the best out there—it's tidy and warm, which I really appreciate. The landlord is great too; if you respect the property, she will respect you. The only downside is the thin walls, but overall, it's a solid place to live.
The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but the walls are extremely thin, which is definitely the worst part. On the plus side, the landlord is very helpful.
The house was decent, but I had some issues with the landlord that made my experience less enjoyable. The best thing about the flat was its location, which was really convenient. However, the worst thing was the lack of proper heating during winter, making it quite uncomfortable at times.
